1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • The return request is made within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • You have a valid proof of purchase (order confirmation, receipt, or invoice).

Note: Opened or partially used products are not eligible for a refund due to health and safety reasons.

2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:
  1. Contact our support team at support@shockitup.net with your order number and reason for the return.
  2. Our team will provide instructions for returning the product.
  3. Ship the product back to the address provided by our support team.

Important: Customers are responsible for shipping costs for returned items unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.

3. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the refund approval status via email.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days using the original payment method.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except when the return is due to our error.

4. Damaged or Defective Products

  • If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Provide photos and order details to support your claim.
  • We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

5. Exchanges

Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. You may return the product for a refund and place a new order if desired.
